Where we build
Our manufacturing base sits in the Fushan High-tech Industrial Park in Yantai, Shandong, China. The works covers roughly 30,000 m2 and runs 10+ production lines, fabricating crushers, ball mills, flotation cells, gravity concentrators, magnetic separators, classifiers, thickeners, pumps and gold-extraction systems under one roof. Because equipment is produced in-house rather than sourced from third parties, we control quality, lead time and the consistency of wear parts a buyer will rely on for years.
What EPC+M+O means
Xinhai works to an EPC+M+O model, which covers the full life of a concentrator:
- Engineering — ore testing, mineralogy review, flowsheet selection and full plant design.
- Procurement — in-house manufacturing of the main process equipment plus sourcing of supporting items.
- Construction — civil coordination, installation and commissioning on site.
- Management & Operation — operator training, ramp-up support and help reaching design throughput and recovery.
Buyers can engage the whole package or any phase on its own. A client who only needs a single machine can still draw on the same engineering knowledge that informs our turnkey projects.
In-house research and design
Our process engineers handle mine, concentrator and tailings design as connected problems rather than separate quotes. Ore is tested to fix the grind size, reagent scheme and circuit type before any steel is cut, so the flowsheet matches the orebody instead of forcing the orebody to fit a catalog. As a rule of thumb, an under-ground grind costs energy and an over-ground grind loses recovery, so we size the mill to the actual liberation revealed by testwork.
The same team plans tailings thickening, dewatering and water recovery, which keeps operating cost and site footprint under control. Recovering process water and reducing tailings volume matters as much to a project’s economics as the recovery rate itself. Treating the mine, the concentrator and the tailings facility as one system is the difference between buying a list of machines and receiving a balanced circuit that actually meets a recovery target.

Xinhai equipment and plants process gold, copper, lithium (spodumene), iron, chrome, tin, manganese, lead-zinc, fluorite, silica and kaolin. Capacities are configurable and sized to the ore, from compact small-scale lines to larger throughput operations.
